Pilot scenario
A pilot scenario is a complete simulated business used to certify Squad end to end; it is not a customer.
Squad is tested on simulated businesses — such as a wedding equipment rental, an online lingerie store, a tech support desk and a small logistics company — run from onboarding to measured results. Numbers from these runs are always labelled "pilot scenario, simulated". For example, the tech support desk's median first reply went from 31 to 4 minutes (pilot scenario, simulated).
