Decisions & proof
Squad asks before it acts, asks only what matters, and proves what it did with what your systems accepted — not with a report it wrote about itself.
Home shows what needs you, worded as a business decision — a verb, the outcome and one line of why — with one action button.
Not sure? Ask Squad about the card. Disagree? Reject it with a note and the team re-plans around it.
Questions the team can answer from your records are decided for you — and listed under “Decided by the team for you” with a Change button.
Every decision, who made it and why, kept in Settings — so the team never asks the same thing twice.
Every report ends with its claims, each checked against what your system accepted — an order ID, a sent message, a saved draft. A claim with no receipt is shown as “needs your check”, never as done.
A measured outcome is one number from a connected system — sales, bookings, sign-ups, followers — a target and a window of 30 to 90 days. Squad reads the number; it never reports it from memory. A guardrail keeps another number from getting worse while you chase the first.
Squad diagnoses each initiative separately — a wrong strategy or a missing resource — and replaces only the part that failed. Everything else keeps running.
We run Squad through complete simulated businesses — customers, systems, unstated rules and deliberate traps — and count how often it goes from a company it has never seen to a verified action, a measured result and an adaptation with no engineer stepping in. Honest stops are counted separately, so the number can't improve by giving up.
| Pilot scenario | Measured | Before | After |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wedding equipment rental | Equipment utilization | 42% | 57% |
| Lingerie online store | Delivered orders | 310 | 402 |
| Tech support desk | Median first reply | 31 min | 4 min |
| Small logistics company | On-time delivery | 81% | 93% |
Pilot scenario · simulatedPilot scenarios are simulated certification businesses, not customers. Numbers are the simulation's own measurements.
No. They come from complete simulated businesses we use to certify Squad, and they are always labelled. Our one real story so far is SquadCode, our sister product, at Mastery Academy.
By default everything outward waits for you. On Growth and above you can let the team act within your policies; spending above your budget and anything that breaks a rule you confirmed still stops for you.
That can't pass verification: a claim without a receipt is shown as “needs your check”, and the number is read from your system, not from the report.
