Hidden rule
A hidden rule is a constraint that usually applies to a business like yours — law, platforms, payments, data — raised by Squad as an assumption you confirm.
Nobody writes these rules down, so Squad lists them for you to confirm, correct or reject. In the pilot scenarios (simulated), examples included WhatsApp's 24-hour reply window and consent before every remote session. Once confirmed, a rule holds or refuses actions that would break it; it is not legal advice, so review important rules with your lawyer.
Give Squad your business. Keep the final say.
