Delete your data

1. In Squad AI

• Disconnect a platform: Connections → choose the connection → Disconnect. Its stored credentials are deleted at once.
• Delete your company: Settings → Delete company. Its workspace data is erased from our primary database right away, and database backups roll off within 14 days.

2. Facebook and Instagram

1. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Choose Squad AI and select Remove. We disconnect and delete the stored access tokens for those accounts.
3. If you also want your data deleted, select Send request. You receive a confirmation code; enter it on this page to check the status.

3. Salla and Zid

Uninstall the Squad AI app from your store dashboard. We disconnect and delete the stored access tokens for that store.

4. Delete your whole account

Email support@squadai.company and ask us to delete your account. We answer within 30 days.

5. What we keep

Billing and accounting records (invoices, payments and the credit ledger) are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
