The rules for using Squad AI, in plain words.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Squad AI (squadai.company, with the app at my.squadai.company) gives a business owner an AI team: agents that plan and do work for their company. These terms apply when you use the Squad AI website and app. By using Squad AI you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at support@squadai.company.
Outward actions, such as publishing, replying, changing a store or ad account and sending messages, wait for your approval by default. “Act within policy” is an owner setting that is off by default; if you turn it on, Squad AI may take actions within the policy you set without asking each time. You are responsible for the actions you approve or pre-authorize.
Squad AI's work is produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it, especially before you approve anything that goes out.
Do not use Squad AI to:
The platforms you connect are operated by their owners, not by us, and their own terms apply to your use of them. Squad AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Salla and Zid are trademarks of their owners.
You keep your data and the outputs Squad AI produces for you. We keep the Squad AI software and service. We process your data only to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy describes.
We work to keep Squad AI available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those the law requires.
Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
You can stop using Squad AI at any time: cancel your plan and delete your company in Settings. We may suspend or end access for abuse, for breaking these terms or for non-payment; where possible, we tell you first.
You can ask for an export of your data at any time by emailing support@squadai.company.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of registration, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you.
We post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date and tell you about material changes in the app or by email. If you keep using Squad AI after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
