KPI (key performance indicator)
A KPI, or key performance indicator, is a number that shows whether the business is moving toward a goal; Squad reads it from your systems.
Every goal Ask Squad suggests names the KPI it would move, such as median first-reply time in your help desk or clicks in Google Search Console. Squad reads KPIs from connected systems rather than estimating them. A measured outcome is a KPI with a target and a window.
