Connector
A connector is Squad's connection to one of your tools, such as Shopify, Stripe or Zendesk; it is read-only by default.
Agents read through connectors; writing — saving a draft, changing a price, sending a message — needs a grant you give, and outward actions still wait for approval. For example, the WordPress connector saves rewrites as drafts you publish. Connector keys are encrypted, and your plan sets how many systems you can connect.
