Consent check
A consent check is Squad's person-by-person check for recorded consent before anyone is contacted; if consent is unknown, the message is held.
Squad follows linked records — the same person in your store and your email list — to find recorded consent. People without it are held and left out of follow-ups too. In one pilot scenario (simulated), 38 of 40 offers were sent and 2 were held back for lack of consent.
