Receipt
A receipt is proof that a system accepted an action — a sent message, a saved draft, a changed price — and every claim in a Squad report is checked against one.
Every report ends with its claims checked against receipts: what the store, help desk or platform actually confirmed. For example, a price change counts only if your store accepted it. A claim with no receipt is marked "needs your check", never "done".
