Human in the loop
Human in the loop means a person approves an action before it goes out; in Squad it is the default for everything outward.
Sending, publishing, writing to a system and spending all wait for the owner's approval unless the owner chooses otherwise. For example, a drafted Instagram post stays a draft until you approve it. On the Growth plan and above you can let the team act within your policies, but spending above your budget still waits for you.
