Act within your policies
Acting within your policies is an option the owner turns on (Growth plan and above) that lets the team act inside confirmed rules without asking each time.
By default every outward action waits for approval; this option lets routine work inside your confirmed rules go ahead — for example, replies to customers that follow your refund policy. Spending above your budget still waits for you, consent is still checked person by person, and every action still has a receipt. On the Scale plan you can set your own approval rules.
