File bank
The file bank is where your company's documents and meeting minutes are kept for the AI team to work from.
You can upload policies, price lists or contracts, and Squad saves the minutes of every meeting with your AI team there. For example, the Legal Document Reviewer reads a contract from the file bank and saves its reviewed document back to it. Answers in meetings come only from company data like this.
