Company-local skill
A company-local skill is a skill Squad creates for your company when no generic skill fits, traced to the work it serves.
Most roles use generic skills, but some work is specific to one business — for example, preparing quotes in the format your customers expect. Squad creates a skill for it and links it to the planned work that needs it. You can also add a public skill from a GitHub or GitLab link; it is safety-checked, adapted, and goes live only after your approval.
